RMB Securities (USA) Inc. and FirstRand Bank Limited (London Branch) entered into a chaperone agreement on 1 October 2021, as permitted under the Securities Exchange Act Rule 15a-6.
Under this Rule and operating in terms of the chaperone agreement, FirstRand Bank Limited (London Branch) as a foreign broker-dealer, may directly trade securities with US major institutional investors.
